Constellation Therapy is a process used to discover the unconscious factors influencing family or group systems throughout generations. It is shaped by the theory of Bert Hellinger and influenced by Rupert Sheldrake, Carl Gustav Jung, Marianne Franke-Giersch, Virgina Satir, among others.
The aim of this tool is to visually and emotionally represent energetic relations that are influencing your life.
Exploring these themes facilitates a process of shaping and ordering the emotional resonance to help overcome challenges and difficult experiences.
Beyond that, it is a tool for anyone who is curious in learning about ancestral topics, subconscious conditioning or just life in general.
Constellation Sessions offer a powerful opportunity for emotional release and reconciliation.
